A Century of Song - Travelers Chorale 100th Anniversary Concert - Dec. 5 2024

The Travelers Chorale is celebrating its 100th Anniversary at the Bushnell with another FREE concert to support our mission to feed Hartford’s hungry with your generous donations of non-perishable food items.

Along with the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra, we’ll perform A Century of Songs with selections from the past 100 years of concerts. Among them, “Let There Be Music,” “One World,” and seasonal favorites like “Winter Wonderland of Snow.”

Whether it’s your first experience with us or one of many, we promise you will enjoy a festive evening downtown in the Bushnell Mortensen Hall, on Thursday, December 5th at 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 7.)  

Remember, admission and parking are FREE with your donation of nonperishable food. Any amount is much appreciated.

Directions to the Bushnell

The Bushnell is located at 166 Capitol Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut.

From I-91 North and Southbound

Take Capitol Area Exit 29A. Go straight to the rotary. Go halfway around rotary, and bear right onto Elm Street. Take first left onto West Street. Take right onto Capitol Avenue. The Bushnell is one block on the right.

From I-84 Eastbound

Take Capitol Avenue/Asylum Street Exit 48B. Bear right for Capitol Avenue. At light, turn left onto Capitol Avenue. The Bushnell is one block down on the left.

From I-84 Westbound

Take exit 50, Main Street. At 2nd traffic light, make left onto Main Street. At 10th traffic light, make right onto Capitol Avenue. The Bushnell is three blocks down on the right.
